Willmott Dixon has now been awarded a £23m task to deliver a 152-space lodge on Torquay’s seafront in Devon.
Do the job will get started on the 4-star Corbyn Head Lodge on Torquay Street this summer.
The undertaking designed by Kay Elliott Architects extends the Fragrance Group’s expansive United kingdom resort portfolio, with qualities also in London, Paignton and Manchester.
Martin Rogers, running director of GH&L (Worldwide Motels and Leisure) Consultancy, stated: “Fragrance is delighted to appoint Willmott Dixon as contractors to build this incredible lodge.
“The Corbyn will be a even more commitment by the Singaporean Team to Torbay including to the Mercure and Ibis Designs less than development in Paignton.”
Rob Woolcock, director at Willmott Dixon, reported: “While the Corbyn Head Resort marks the begin of our partnership with the Fragrance Team, it continues our intensive track-report for large-profile initiatives across the South West, which not too long ago integrated completing The Box in Plymouth and the Digital and Facts Centre for Exeter School.”
