Apartment Updates: Bowood Headboard and Sarah K Designs Bedding

Issues are definitely starting up to choose up steam in the apartment! I selected this mainly because there are two neutral colorways of the 100% cotton Bowood – eco-friendly/grey, or white/leaf (there are also blue and pink versions). The environmentally friendly/grey had a really beige ground, and the white/leaf had a incredibly white ground. It was difficult to come to a decision for the reason that I appreciated equally in distinct strategies – the beige floor experienced a very tea-coloured, antique glimpse, but the white/leaf was very clean seeking. The good thing is there was a best option – Bowood Union in environmentally friendly/gray. It has a beige ground which is not AS beige as the other edition – so it’s seriously the fantastic medium between the two. Puzzling, perhaps! I felt it was critical to do my research and see all of the colour and fabric selections in advance of picking out, so I’m happy I did that. 

I also wanted to share how much I enjoy my Sarah K. Layouts bedding! I found it by way of (who else?) Louise Roe, and just had to have it – even however figuring out British isles sizing was a bit of a head-scratcher. I have often just been totally enamored with ditsy florals so there was no dilemma in my intellect that I essential this duvet and pillow set. It is so rather and charming. The colors, the print, the ruffles…just ideal. I have a full dimension mattress and I’m very guaranteed I obtained the British isles King size. It matches completely and it is seriously smooth and cozy. (By the way, I definitely want to change the drum shades – I’m wondering of accomplishing a pleated eco-friendly cloth!). It’s actually odd, I used to normally obtain sleeping less than my quilt tremendous not comfortable and it felt definitely hot and way too hefty with a linen duvet include on it…but ever given that I switched to this a single, I have no problems and locate it genuinely comfortable.
